<p>The area combines great natural beauty with the wealth of historical medieval remains. The "Orcia Valley" has been recently recognized by the UNESCO since it's a unique place where nature ,art, history,culture and the simplicity of its people mingle in a splendid way. The Villa is in Castiglione d'Orcia-one of the towns that make up the "Parco artistico,Naturale e Culturale della VAl d'Orcia".</p>
<p>From Castiglione one can easily reach by car the most well known towns and cities such as Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, Firenze, Pienza, Montalcino, S.Quirico and Radicofani in a range of time that goes from 10 minutes to 1,30 hour.(The nearest: S.Quirico;the farthest: Firenze) Rome is 180 kmts from the Villa.</p>
<p>The Villa has 2 apartments:"Cipresso" and "Abete" Cipresso is a 100 m2 apartment which accomodates 6 people.The rooms are spacious and light. The ground floor consists of a large living-dining room,a well equiped kitchen,W.C,and utility room. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms(2 of them with double beds and the other with twin beds),1 bathroom and 2 balconies. Abete is a 40 m2 apartment with a bathroom,a bedroom(with double bed),a small but cosy kitchen and a large dining room(with a sofa bed).It accomodates 2 people. Both apartments have open and private parking places.</p>
