Podere Crespine is a historic villa with its oldest parts constructed already in 13th century. It is located 2.5km outside of Panzano in Chianti, directly in the middle of Florence and Siena (34km each) in the heart of the Chianti classico. The substantial property of 15,000m² is located on a hill with panoramic view. It is rented exclusively as a whole. Crespine consists of a major building with two floors and another room on the top. 20meters detached is the former “fienile” which also has been renovated and is also available for guests at an extra cost see Podere Crespine + barn. Crespine has a beautiful panoramic pool with dimension 12x6m (depth between 1,40m and 2,40m), around 200 olive trees and beautiful sitting places/terraces. Crespine is arranged with very nice antique furniture. The kitchen infrastructure is on a high quality, professional level. Internet access is available. Satellite TV operates with 2 different satellites, 1 with mainly German programs the other with mainly English programs. Our housekeepers (Yolanda + Donato) live 15min away in Greve and thus are always in reach. They not only hand over the keys and explain the facilities, they are also very helpful with any kind of service, whether cooking, sight-seeing tours, rental cars, additional cleaning or whatever might be necessary. They speak Italian, English and Spanish. We don’t mind, if the guests bring their dog but we ask to be informed about any kind of pets in advance. There is a fence around the ground, thus dogs can freely move on the property. But we have to mention that during the hunting season it might happen you hear the hunters as well as there dogs which might put the guest’s dogs on edge. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen and ajoining dinning room, a large sitting area for evening debates. Guest downstairs bathroom
